I popped into strood boots opticians on the off chance of obtaining an appointment. Although they had no Appoinmwnts available Sarah the receptionist promised to phone me if a cancellation came available
As promised Sarah phoned with a cancellation
Sarah was curteous efficient and a credit to Boots
I attended my appointment with Tanuj he also was efficient very thorough and caring
Having been off sick I had a limited budget till I return back to work I managed to get a new pair of glasses ready for my return to work within my budget and had the opportunity of getting a second should I require them within the schedule set out in their terms and conditions
I was made welcome and all the staff were lovely and they solved all my problems with regards to a new pair of glasses

Every part of the appointment from start to finish. He was very helpful, explaining the reasons behind the tests and explaining of the pictures taken what he would look for.
Definately would totally recommend.
